Shipping Policy

Production
Each sign is made to order. Production takes 1-3 business days and begins once you approve your digital mockup. If we do not receive approval within 3 days, production proceeds based on the draft provided.

Shipping and delivery
After production, your order is shipped with tracking. Estimated delivery time is 5-10 business days.

Total time
In total, expect roughly 6-13 business days from mockup approval to delivery. These are estimates and may vary because of carrier delays.

Mounting hardware
Mounting hardware is not included with your sign.

Damaged or incorrect orders
