Return and refund policy

Every EverSteel Creations sign is custom made to order, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, or for size, finish, or personalization details that you chose or approved.

When we issue a refund
We will refund your order if your sign arrives:
- Defective or damaged, or
- Not the item you ordered (wrong item). A finished sign that does not match the digital mockup you approved counts as a wrong item.

How to request a refund
Please contact us as soon as you notice the problem. Include your order number and clear photos of the sign and its packaging. We will review your request and reply with next steps. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method.

Digital mockup and approval
Before production, we send a digital mockup for your approval. Please check spelling, names, numbers, and layout carefully. Production begins once you approve the mockup. If we do not receive approval within 3 days, production proceeds based on the draft provided.

Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once production has begun, we may not be able to make changes.
